1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern visitors, registered users and approved uploaders. By using HotBinge, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, subject to your non-waivable rights under applicable law. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

We may update the Terms when necessary. Revised terms will be posted here, with additional notice or consent where required by law.

2. Description of the Service

HotBinge is an adult-content website supporting lawful viewing, video discovery and submissions by approved uploaders. HotBinge is not itself the producer of videos independently made by third parties.

Some approved video submissions may be hosted and processed on our infrastructure. Other videos may originate from external sites or appear through authorized links and embeds where supported. Their creators and rights holders retain applicable rights.

3. Adult Access and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the higher legal age required where you reside or access the Site. Access is not permitted where adult-content services are prohibited. An on-screen age acknowledgment is not independent proof of identity or age.

4. Third-Party Websites and Content

External sites are independently operated and may use different privacy, copyright or advertising practices. A link or embed does not mean HotBinge owns, produces, endorses or verified the original content.

You must not copy, download or re-upload external videos without the necessary rights. This clause does not waive legal obligations that HotBinge itself may owe.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not submit or distribute material involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking, credible threats, illegal cruelty, harassment, identity misuse or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

Do not upload malicious code; access accounts or media without authorization; bypass security or moderation; scrape private information; disrupt Site operation; impersonate others; send spam; or make intentionally false ownership, age or consent declarations. Adult content must still comply with applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

HotBinge owns or licenses its original website software, interface, branding and related materials. Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its owners. Viewing access does not grant permission to copy, resell, broadcast or commercially exploit video content.

Copyright owners may submit a properly supported complaint through Content Removal.

7. User Accounts and Video Submissions

Video uploading is restricted to approved accounts. You must provide accurate application and account information, keep credentials secure and not share uploading privileges without authorization. A submission does not guarantee publication.

For each video, you represent that you hold the necessary distribution rights, all depicted sexual performers were adults at production, lawful recording and distribution consent exists, and all legally required age and identity records are maintained. You may be asked to provide relevant records through an appropriate secure review process. A declaration alone is not sufficient proof.

8. Limited License for Uploaded Content

By submitting content you have the right to provide, you grant HotBinge a non-exclusive, royalty-free authorization, to the extent legally permitted, to receive, store, technically process, create playback versions and thumbnails, review and display approved content in connection with the Site.

This does not transfer ownership or override copyright, performers’ consent, valid removal rights or mandatory laws.

9. Review and Content Removal

Submitted material may remain private pending review or processing. We may reject, hide, remove or restrict content, request verification, suspend upload privileges or preserve legally relevant evidence in response to safety concerns, legal claims or violations.

Reports involving suspected minors, non-consensual imagery or other serious risks may be prioritized. Moderation does not guarantee every violation will be identified in advance.

10. Copyright and Repeat Infringement

Users may only submit copyrighted material when they own the necessary rights or have authorization. Rights holders may identify allegedly infringing HotBinge URLs through the Content Removal process. Applicable notice, counter-notice and legal procedures remain available.

Accounts involved in repeated or serious infringement may lose upload access. Knowingly false notices and retaliatory reports are prohibited.

11. Account Restrictions and Service Changes

We may suspend or revoke accounts and uploader permissions for legal violations, security threats, false age or ownership claims or other material breaches. We may modify or interrupt features for maintenance, security, technical or lawful reasons.

Removal of an account or video does not necessarily remove records we are legally required to keep.

12. Advertising and External Services

The Site may display third-party advertisements and use external infrastructure, storage or playback providers. An advertisement is not automatically an endorsement. Features and externally hosted media may become unavailable without notice.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Site and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guaranteeing uninterrupted access, completeness or reliability of independently operated third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for claims arising from their unlawful uploads, false rights declarations or material violations of these Terms. Nothing excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for HotBinge’s own unlawful actions.

14. Changes, Complaints and Contact
